I have used Harratts for over 12 years and until six months ago always had first class service. Sadly for me they have to look at their service dept and bring it up-to-date to the first class dept it used to be.
Staff are lovely very friendly and helpful.
We brought our car to Harratts on Denby Dale Road Wakefield, after they informed us that the airbag needed replacing. We have a Nissan Almera .We waited for a hour sitting in comfort in the reception, When we went to get our car after repair , we didn't recognise our car it had also been cleaned externally,and vacuumed inside.What fantastic service they provide.
Fantastic service department dealt with the service manager Andrea ,lovely person and a great help can't recommend them highly enough
Good service and pleasant staff. However not geared up for commercial users like me. Would use again of course but only if they could fit me in in a timely manner, not with a 2 week lead time!!!
