Took my car there under warranty, they have had the car for about a week so far, I currently have no transport to work as they said they have no courtesy cars for the next few month, which is fair enough,. So I've had to take holidays off work until I get my car. I have had no phone calls from them what so ever, I have had to call them repeatedly to be told everyone is busy and will call me back but no one does. so after a couple of days of no one phoning me i decided to go into the store to be told it was my gearbox and they have ordered parts. " Your car will be ready mid week probably Wednesday" Okay now I have a date i will be able to get back to work. Called them today as I'm back to work tomorrow and expecting to pick up my car. To be informed that the parts haven't been delivered yet. Why did it take me calling you, to be informed i'm not getting my car tomorrow when i have been told like 20 times that someone will phone me and keep me updated. The only phone call i've received from the dealership was the same day i dropped the car off just saying they need to keep it and strip the engine. Absolute joke, way worse service than previous Kia dealerships I've been to with my car. If you say you're going to do something I.e call someone, then do it. as simple as that.
Great service would highly recommend. I don't normally like dealership garages but this one is good.
Had a great test drive in the car was well looked after by Sam who explained the cars the deals and the trade ins. No rush or pressure just polite and knowledgeable guys. .If there has to be a negative then that would be that the coffee was like ditch water :).Great dealership n staffs
