Arrived to drop off a bag of washing whilst waiting for our own new machine to arrive. Lady sitting outside on wall in the sun ignored me for a while (despite having seen me walk in) then wandered in and said I could pick up the washing at 5 the next day. Arrived the next day to be told it had the wrong day written on it, and hadn't been washed at all. Had mentioned the place to a number of people having dropped the washing off, have now been back to them to tell them to avoid this place at all costs. Waste of time driving there and back twice, now have none of the clothes I need for the next 3 days. Totally incompetent - you can't support local businesses if their service is this bad. Won't be back, not surprisingly - shocking service.
