Great day cycling, mainly off road. Towards Peak District there are picnic tables and looking points. You can leave the trial anytime.
I often walk between Thurlstone and Dunford Bridge. Excellent for families with pushchairs any one who uses a wheelchair. Nice and flat well maintained pathways.
