Visited today for the first time since it closed and reopened. Nice friendly staff And clean place. Just had a drink today which was a bit more pricey Than some places. Menu same but food not tried yet so will return to sample. It is 100 % dog friendly.
Lovely pub and atmosphere. Food was excellent and the fire side table great. Would have been 5 except for knives could do with a bit of a sharpening.

The fish and chips and mushy peas were fabulous altho the chips were a little soggy. The fish was incredible tho...so crispy and full of tasty fish. Not greasy at all. The pud was great too. The pub was spotlessly clean and modern. The bathroom was super clean and mod too. I always think you can judge the cleanliness in the kitchen by how clean the toilets are. It was a buzzing popular eatery with lovely friendly efficient helpful staff. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the soggy chips!!!!!
Favourite pub in the area. Good food, good beer, good service. Its just a nice place to be
